Ismena, Tomasz, Hugo and Lugo
Two people, two dogs, Kraków’s Main Market Square and lilies as the theme of the decor. Hugo and Lugo were part of Ismena and Tomasz’s life long before the wedding, so the day was unthinkable without them – they were there from the first moments of getting ready.
A wedding with dogs needs a little planning: a dog sitter for the ceremony and party, the venue’s permission and a quiet corner where the dogs can rest from the music.

Ceremony at St. Anne’s Church
The ceremony took place at St. Anne’s Collegiate Church – one of Kraków’s most beautiful baroque churches, a few minutes’ walk from the Main Square. Afterwards the guests showered the couple outside the church before everyone moved to Pałac pod Baranami.

A live Polish folk dance show – Krakus ensemble
One of the highlights of the evening was a live performance by the Krakus folk ensemble. Dancers in traditional Kraków costumes performed the krakowiak – a fast, joyful folk dance from this very region – right in the middle of the ballroom, and soon pulled the guests onto the dance floor.
If you are planning a wedding in Poland with international guests, a folk show is one of the best attractions you can add. It shows Polish tradition in its most alive form, it needs no translation, and it becomes one of the strongest moments of the wedding film.

Reception at Pałac pod Baranami
Ismena and Tomasz radiated gratitude and warmth – towards each other, their guests and everyone who helped create the day. The lily decor was designed by Petite Fleur and DJ Mike was in charge of the music. Pałac pod Baranami is a Renaissance palace right on the Main Market Square.
I also filmed Olga and Danny’s reception here, after their Jewish ceremony at the Słowacki Theatre.

FAQ
What makes a Kraków wedding special?
A Kraków wedding can take place in a Renaissance palace right on the Main Market Square. Ismena and Tomasz celebrated at Pałac pod Baranami with their dogs Hugo and Lugo, and in the evening the Krakus folk ensemble surprised the guests with a live Polish folk dance show. I also filmed Olga & Danny’s theatre wedding in Kraków.
How do you look after dogs at a wedding?
Hugo is a poodle and Lugo is a sighthound. A dedicated dog sitter looked after them all day, so Ismena and Tomasz could enjoy their Kraków wedding while the dogs joined in for the key moments.
How much does a wedding film cost?
Wedding films in Poland start from 10,000 PLN, and destination weddings abroad from €2,500 including travel and accommodation. See all packages on the Offer page.
When will we receive our film?
Usually 3–4 months after the wedding. In that time I edit a short highlight film and a longer film of the whole day, built around your story.
Do you work with international couples?
Yes – most of my couples are international or mixed, and I work fully in English, from the first call to the final film. I have been filming weddings since 2012 and have worked with more than 250 couples, including couples from London, New York, Los Angeles and Seattle. More about me.
