The Square Colosseum
Modernism, simplicity, minimalism. After their wedding in Le Marche, Kasia and Paweł came with me to Rome for a fine art couple session at the “Square Colosseum” – Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana in the EUR district. Columns, arches and white travertine instead of crowds at the Trevi Fountain.
The main location of the session was the Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana – a monumental white travertine building with rows of arches, built in the late 1930s for a planned world exhibition. It gives the frames their geometric, cinematic rhythm.
Exchanging emails with Kasia, I knew something special was coming. It was a three-hour drive from their wedding venue to Rome, and worth every kilometre.

The second part of the session took place in a bright gallery full of white sculptures. A white dress, white marble and soft light from tall windows – frames that look like a magazine editorial.

The wedding took place at Casa Olivi near Treia – a minimalist stone farmhouse among olive groves in Le Marche. A three-day celebration in a lesser-known but equally beautiful alternative to Tuscany.
The ceremony was held outdoors among olive trees with views of the hills, and in the evening the guests partied by the lit pool.

Where to do a Rome couple session?
Instead of crowded spots like the Trevi Fountain, consider the EUR district and the Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana – the “Square Colosseum”. Kasia and Paweł’s Rome couple session was shot there and in a bright gallery of white sculptures. Their wedding has its own post: Casa Olivi, Le Marche.

About 30. An intimate wedding in Italy made it possible to combine a three-day celebration in Le Marche with a separate Rome couple session.
How much does a wedding film cost?

When will we receive our film?
Usually 3–4 months after the wedding. In that time I edit a short highlight film and a longer film of the whole day, built around your story.
